Molten Chocolate Cake

- 4 oz. Bakers chocolate bitter sweet or semi-sweet depending on your preferred level of sweetness
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 6 Tbsp flour
Preheat oven to 425℉ and butter 6 ramekins. Place on baking sheet.2. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir in between until completely melted. 3. Add powdered sugar and stir with a wired whisk until combined.4. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolks until combined.5. Add flour and stir until fully incorporated.6. Divide batter among the 6 ramekins.7. Bake for about 10 minutes. Depending on the size of your ramekins, you may need to bake for a shorter or longer amount of time. The sides and tops of the cakes should be solid and not wet but the center is still slightly jiggly. Check on the cakes early. You can always bake longer if needed. 8. Run a knife along the edge of the cake and place a plate on top of the ramekin. Gently invert to remove the cake. Serve immediately with ice cream.
